Mandalay Reception Wedding / Joanne and Andy

You may remember Jo and Andy from their previous engagement shoot. I love photographing this couple because they are so comfortable with each other and in front of the camera, their chemistry, happiness and love for each other really show in every photograph. The day started at Jo’s residence, where I was greeted by the cutest puppy dressed in pink ribbon (in the spirit of the wedding theme). The bridesmaids were also at the door, ensuring that Andy adequetly passes the test before he is allowed to enter.
It’s always hilarious fun witnessing the activities the groom and his groomsmen had to do before reaching the bride. Check out the list that Andy has promised Jo 😉

Jo told me that she sourced these traditional Chinese wedding outfits from Malaysia. Great work! You guys look so cute together!

East meets west: in typical Andy and JO fashion, they stopped along the way for a coffee fix

How gorgeous does Jo look!

One of my favorite bridesmaid dress designs, look at the intricate lace details at the back.
